SearchSystem RPO
They will lie to you and say "they are just getting started and please work with us" What that means is they won't pay you what their ad claims they pay which is 16-20 per hour, so expect about 10-13 per hour. The woman who runs it is a complete nutcase. She is very disorganized and tends to lose accounts frequently. She claims she has been doing it for 20 years, but after seeing her work ethics and business practices thats hard to believe. She has problems paying her bills, paying her employees and tends to use and abuse them. She can't keep contracts with companies and when she loses them, she blames her employees. She has a very hard time with communication and most of the people who work for her are so confused by her actions and direction they end up leaving or she fires them. If you see an ad for Tech recruiter or Tech recruiter trainee for this in Marina Del Rey, STAY AWAY! Very fly by night organization. Probably won't be around very long.
